Return Policy– Returned merchandise is accepted in “Salable”, “New” condition only and must be a stock item. No Cash Refunds. Refunds will be issued only if merchandise is returned within 30 days and is accompanied by the purchase receipt. Refunds are issued via original form of payment only. If merchandise is returned more than 30 days from date of purchase, a return authorization number is required and store credit only will be issued upon management approval and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Freight charges are not refundable. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser if item was ordered in error by the purchaser. Empire Farrier Supply will be responsible for return charges if error was ours.
All returns over 30 days must have a return authorization number issued by Empire Farrier Supply in advance of return of merchandise. RETURNED MERCHANDISE OVER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM OUR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
All products are created on demand, and therefore require 3 to 5 business days to ship.
